This caricature, depicts a gleeful foppish doctor, wearing a frock coat and a bag-wig. Shown in profile facing right, he leans forward ingratiatingly indicating a labelled bottle of medicine in his left hand.

A label above reads: “Here my good Friends is de grand Specific for all de disorders incident to de Human body”.
