© 2021 Royal Pharmaceutical Society

Ceramic container in the shape of an Egyptian sarcophagus, containing Hayden Coffin Tooth Powder. The pot is made of two parts, a lid, and a base. There is a paper label on the underside of the pot containing directions of use. In the early 20th Century Egyptianised objects were popular, and mass production made them more accessible to the general public.
