Mounted coloured lithograph, entitled ‘Le Pharmacien’, designed by Jean-Ignac Isidore Gerard (pseudonym “J.J. Grandville”), and lithographed by J. Bara, and published anon in 1841.
‘Le Pharmacien’ features a full-length portrait of a pharmacist standing in his shop, facing the viewer. He wears a long coat and spectacles, his left hand in his pocket. Behind him on the shop counter is a balance.
